Pajano's Pizza™ was founded in 1971 by Papa Nick . He grew up in a part of Chicago know as Broadview. He came to Florida, bringing many Italian recipes that had been passed on to him from generations of family.

Being the first restaurant to introduce pizza to Indian Rocks Beach, Nick was often seen preparing pizza in the window. Customers would be amazed with their first experience of biting into a fresh slice of pizza. Over time, Papa Nick has passed on pizza making tradition to his children. Pajano's Pizza and Subs has satisfied the hunger of many generations after serving the beaches for nearly 40 years.

Pajano's Pizza™ produces now, as they did back then, pizza dough made daily on the premises, along with fresh homemade sauces.Pajano's Pizza™ offers customers a traditional pizza consisting of toppings such as pepperoni, mushrooms, green peppers, onions, olives etc.

In addition to the pizza menu, Pajano's also offers hot and cold sandwiches and fresh salads. Our sandwiches such as the Steak and Cheese, Meatball and Cheese, and Italian Beef have always been a favorite of the locals.

Pajano's Pizza and Subs remains a favorite as it has for 40 years.
